The Asset Management Company to submit information on my investments in tax saving funds under the management of the Asset Management Company to the Revenue Department for rights to tax deductions on my personal income tax in accordance with the rules, conditions and procedures as prescribed by the Revenue Department.

I acknowledge that my intention herein is a one-time notification to the Asset Management Company for the above stated tax year onwards, until I declare otherwise. The Asset Management Company shall act in accordance with my intention as submitted on the most recent date.

In order to maintain your rights, please contact the Asset Management Company or Supporting Subscription/Redemption Agents to declare your intention or to change your intention by the last business day of the tax year in order that it will become effective from the tax year as stated above onwards.
